A magical and fruity rosé sangria, bursting with red berries and refreshed with mint, perfect for summer soirées.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) rosé wine, chilled
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup red currants or cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps or orange liqueur
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon soda, chilled
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine rosé wine, strawberries, raspberries, red currants, and orange slices.
  2. Add peach schnapps and honey. Stir well to combine.
  3. Lightly crush mint leaves and add to the mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, add ice and top with sparkling water or lemon soda.
  6. Stir gently and serve in glasses garnished with extra fruit and mint sprigs.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey or syrup.
  • Can substitute fruits based on seasonal availability.
  • Use lemon soda instead of sparkling water for a sweeter drink.
  • Best served fresh on the same day.
