A creamy and indulgent homemade liqueur combining the rich flavors of Nutella with a touch of sweetness from condensed milk, and the warmth of alcohol. Perfect for sipping on its own, drizzling over desserts, or gifting to friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) Nutella
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (240 ml) vodka (or rum for a sweeter note)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine Nutella, milk, and heavy cream. Heat gently over low heat, whisking continuously, until the Nutella melts and the mixture is smooth. Do not let it boil.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  3. Once cooled, stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vodka (or rum), and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Pour the liqueur into sterilized glass bottles using a funnel. Seal tightly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Shake the bottle gently before each use. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Store the liqueur in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
  • Adjust the sweetness by reducing or increasing the condensed milk.
  • For a thicker liqueur, use more Nutella or less milk.
